Our process of searching for the right candidates is a multidimensional work. The process entails the following steps:

Job Analysis

  • Assessing the company’s nature of business, work culture and needs
  • Understanding the client’s vision, current hiring practices and compensation norms
  • Gathering information about a particular job profile, including its responsibilities, required skill set and desired outcomes
  • Inspecting the responsibilities of current employees
  • Research through internet and companies with similar job profiles to gain a better understanding
  • Create a well-defined, exhaustive summary of the job description


  • Provide maximum exposure to the vacancy through advertising on job portals, personal referrals and headhunting
  • Review the already established database of candidates
  • Identify the key sources for getting leads
  • Surf through other portals like alumni directories, candidate networks and corporate websites
  • Confidentially search, screen and shortlist resumes
  • Establish connection with the candidates and further assess their suitability

Screening and Selection

  • CV Screening – We access various job portals and our own database for preliminary screening of profiles on the basis of agreed criterions.
  • Pre-Screening – The filtered candidates are contacted via mails and phone calls to get a better understanding of their qualification and work experience and also generate their interest for the job position.
  • Evaluation and Assessment – Review the candidate’s skills and competence, judge his/her level of interest, expected compensation, career goals and cultural fit. Assess whether the candidate will fit the job profile and be stable in working.
  • Alignment – We arrange for interviews with the client at a time suitable to the candidate as well and provide a feedback about the outcomes to both company and candidates.
  • Negotiations for the offer and post-offer follow up – We evaluate the candidate’s interest in an offer against what the competitors are providing and actively participate in the process of negotiations in a way that both parties are benefitted. Post the joining, we stay in touch with them for ensuring that everything has been smoothly integrated.
  • On boarding – We help the candidates get familiarized with the company so that they can get comfortable in no time and start contributing actively.
